Tips for Choosing Bottles for Photos
Please use the following guidelines when choosing which bottle(s) to have photographed.
The Bottle:
- Is the bottle clean?
- Is the bottle free of imperfections such as neck warping, scratches, chips, and bubbles?
- When the bottle's facing you, label centered, is the seam located on the side of the bottle? Seams located directly beside (towards the front) or that run under the label can cause uneven light patterns in the glass when photographed.
- Is the wine level sufficiently high?
The Label & Closure:
- Is the label clean, undamaged, applied straight, and without air bubbles?
- Are the closures free of dents or other damage?
- Is there a logo or artwork on the closure that you would like to have shown in the photo? If so, please choose a bottle on which it is aligned vertically with the front label.
